Shipping policy

We ship orders within 7 business days. Please be aware your tracking will be sent to the email you use during checkout. All packages are shipped with $100 insurance via either USPS or UPS, unless contacted to upgrade insurance coverage for additional shipping fee or to completely remove insurance ( only available to do so via USPS on Parcel 2-8day shipment orders.) Once orders ship it is out of our control if the shipping company delays your package due to unforeseen circumstances. Please use your tracking number to address any delays with the shipping company.

We will always do our best to help anyway we can with tracking shipments and ensuring they are shipped as soon as possible and always within our 7 business day policy.
